EmpowerHer Practice (EHP) is a coaching, consulting, and clinical supervision brand designed to guide high-achieving individuals—particularly social workers and mental health professionals, first-generation business owners, and executive leaders—through intentional professional growth and leadership development.
A central offering of EHP is independent clinical supervision for social workers, providing structured, ethical, and supportive supervision for LMSWs pursuing licensure and ongoing professional development. Supervision is grounded in reflective practice, clinical competence, ethical decision-making, and confidence-building, and is offered outside of any agency or group practice structure.
In addition to clinical supervision, EmpowerHer Practice blends practical business strategy with therapeutic insight, offering structured support, honest guidance, and mentorship for individuals launching, growing, or redefining their careers and businesses.

Adrienne McCollum-Smith, LICSW-S
is a seasoned trauma therapist, clinical supervisor, and executive coach who helps high-achieving individuals—particularly social workers, mental health professionals, first-generation business owners, and executive leaders—step fully into entrepreneurship, leadership, and self-actualization. She has worked in the field of social work since 2013 and has successfully owned and operated a thriving private practice for nearly seven years.
Drawing from her lived experience as a business owner and over a year of receiving coaching herself, Adrienne brings powerful tools, systems, and strategies to support sustainable, values-driven growth. Her coaching style blends clinical insight with business strategy, empowering clients to build lives and careers that reflect their values, vision, and long-term goals.
