EmpowerHer Practice (EHP) is a coaching, consulting, and clinical supervision brand for high-achieving women ready to lead, build, and live without burning out. We work with women entrepreneurs, executives, attorneys, physicians, and clinicians who are done sacrificing themselves for success.
EHP blends practical business strategy with therapeutic insight: structured support, honest guidance, and mentorship for women launching, growing, or redefining what success looks like. Whether you're starting a business, stepping into leadership, or ready to stop overfunctioning — EHP is your space.
A core offering of EHP is independent clinical supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) in Alabama pursuing licensure and ongoing professional development, grounded in reflective practice, clinical competence, and confidence-building outside of any agency or group practice structure. A course and coaching experience are currently in development — coming soon.

Adrienne McCollum-Smith, LICSW-S
Adrienne McCollum-Smith, LICSW-S, is a seasoned trauma therapist, clinical supervisor, executive coach, and life coach who helps high-achieving women — including healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, legal professionals, and executives — step fully into leadership, entrepreneurship, and their most authentic lives.
With over 13 years of clinical experience and nearly seven years as the owner of a thriving group private practice, Adrienne brings a rare blend of therapeutic insight and real-world business strategy to every coaching relationship. She knows firsthand what it takes to build something sustainable from the ground up — and the inner work required to sustain it.
Adrienne's coaching approach goes beyond business strategy. She supports women in identifying and dismantling the beliefs, patterns, and pressures that keep them playing small — whether in their careers, their relationships, or their sense of self. From launching a business to navigating a major life transition, Adrienne meets clients where they are and helps them move intentionally toward where they want to be.
