I’m Adrienne McCollum-Smith, a licensed clinical social worker, executive coach, and the founder of EmpowerHer Practice. I specialize in helping BIPOC women therapists transition from employees to confident private practice owners. With over a decade of experience in mental health and private practice, I know firsthand the challenges and fears that come with launching and scaling your own business.

Why EmpowerHer Practice?

I created EmpowerHer Practice because I saw a gap in the industry—so many talented Black and Brown therapists with the skills to change lives, yet struggling to navigate the business side of private practice. Whether it’s imposter syndrome, lack of mentorship, or financial uncertainty, I’ve been there. My mission is to simplify the process and give you the blueprint to build a thriving and profitable practice without burnout.
